Southwestern Mental Health Center is a new affiliate of FASD United!
SWMH provides specialized mental health services across five counties in Minnesota. They offer a range of services such as psychiatry, outpatient therapy for children and adults, and residential care, catering to individuals of all ages and economic backgrounds.
SWMH’s team consists of diverse professionals including social workers, therapists, and mental health practitioners, supported by consulting psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.
