Uniformed Services University Recruiting for Study

The Uniformed Services University is conducting a study to understand the health care experiences of caregivers of military-connected children with confirmed or possible fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, or FASD. This may include, for example, a diagnosis of prenatal alcohol exposure, fetal alcohol syndrome, or neurodevelopmental disorders-prenatal alcohol exposure. Together with our partners at FASD United, we are reaching out to families like yours in hopes that you will share your experiences.
As part of our study, we will conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet that will last approximately 60 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers. We would like to learn more about your observations and experiences with navigating the healthcare system for your child/dependent. You are free to share with us anything that you have experienced. Please see the attached information sheet for more information on the study and for who is eligible to participate. If you are interested or have questions about the study, please reach out to Ms. Ilse Rivera at [email protected].
