Action Items
- PRIORITY: CDC Evaluators’ Survey: Please have ONE person from your Affiliate fill this survey. The whole survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.
- Get set up in the Impact Week app: whether you are attending Impact Week or not, you should fill this form to get set up in the Impact Week app. This way, attendees can find your Affiliate and connect with you after Impact Week. Free marketing and networking!
- Share your Awareness Month activities: Do you have trainings or events happening during Awareness Month that you would like us to put on FASD United’s calendar? Share here!
- Affiliate Mini-grant: if you have not applied for your Affiliate to receive a mini-grant ($650) for attending Impact Week, apply now! Grants are paid out after Impact Week to ensure that Affiliates participate in FASD United activities to full capacity.
