Action Items & Opportunities
- Self-Nominate to ANEC! Self-nominations are open for the Affiliate Network Executive Council (ANEC). This group provides representation and leadership to the Affiliate Network. Please learn more and apply here.
- Access SAMHSA National Recovery Month social media toolkit. Did you know we share an awareness month? We decided to partner and invite the National Association for Addiction Professionals to share about their awareness month messages. We hope to continue to partner on awareness months going forward. Please support the collaboration between FASD & recovery communities by sharing some social media!
- Share the Mental Health Community of Practice! It is a space to talk through current caseloads and support each other in finding strategies, solutions, and resources in brain-based approaches. We have over 50 clinicians signed up. If you’re a mental health clinician, you won’t want to miss this.
Next Meeting
Our next monthly meeting will be on October 15th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm EST. FASD Affiliate Monthly meetings are always on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
