Affiliate Guidelines
The primary goal of the FASD United Affiliate Network is to unite organizations, associations, tribes and other entities addressing FASD into a national and international network. The network functions as a coalition and each affiliate organization maintains its independence and identity.
FASD United Affiliate Network Guidelines can be found here:

Affiliate organizations pay dues based on their previous year’s FASD revenue annually. At that time, all Affiliates must complete their annual commitment form to renew their eligibility in the network.

Annual dues are set at:
| $0-$50,000 | $50.00 |
| $50,001-$100,000 | $100.00 |
| $100,001-$250,000 | $200.00 |
| $250,000 and above | $325.00 |
