Action Items

1. If helpful to your Affiliate, attend our Where You’re At session on Readiness to do Business With Your State on October 14th, 2025 from 4 – 4:30 pm EST. Register here.
   • Before the session, or as you are having discussions with your team/state champions, feel free to leverage this tool to identify the first steps needed to start doing business with your state.
2. Please have ONE person at your Affiliate fill this CDC Evaluation Survey. It is best if this is the person who has the most contact with the Affiliate Network/FASD United.
3. Vote on our 2026 ANEC slate! This year, we have FIVE incredible Affiliate members who have self-nominated to join our Affiliate Network Executive Council (ANEC).
