Workgroups
Current Workgroups
Since early 2022, with input from the Affiliate Network, we have established the following workgroups. We encourage each member of the Affiliate Network to join at least one as an active participant:
Widening The Circle: Co-Chairs: Marla Castaneda, Kallio Hunnicutt-Ferguson,
Rachel Sing, Shaneca Smith, Carl Young
Purpose: The workgroup provides resources, opportunities for learning and meaningful conversations, and capacity building related to widening our cicrle in our Network, focused, in particular, on the intersectional nature of FASD.
Connectivity:
Co-Chairs: David Deere & Kristen Eriksen
Purpose: to cultivate a sense of connection, build community, and promote collaboration within the FASD United Affiliate Community.
Mental Health Work Group: Co-Chairs: Joanne Sparrow & Tamara Cajo
Purpose: To ensure that mental health professionals working with adults are providing services that are FASD-/brain-based informed.
