One of the biggest referrals we try to make for all Family Navigation inquiries we receive is to connect them with their local affiliates in their state. I wanted to ask if you have a preferred contact you want us to share with the families that reach out to us? Is there any information you would like us to let them know about your organization when we are referring them to your organization? I realize that some affiliates may not be set up to assist families and if that were the case, we would love to know that as well. We don’t want to frustrate you or the families by having them reach out to you if that is not within the scope of the services you offer.
